Plain and honest — here's how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Your free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your access simply pauses until you choose to subscribe — there is no automatic charge and no surprise bill.
Subscription and renewal
To keep using Quickstep after the trial, you subscribe for $29 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime — open Manage billing from your account menu to reach the Stripe billing portal, or email us at help@hiquickstep.com. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
We don't automatically prorate a partial month, but we want you treated fairly. If something went wrong or you were charged unexpectedly, email help@hiquickstep.com and we'll review your request and make it right on a case-by-case basis.
